Adding and Merging Organizations

MPDX allows the connection of multiple organizations with an existing user account. You can then track the multi-currencies from those organizations and merge them into one primary personal account.

Adding Multiple Organizations - Existing MPDX Users

  • Click on the Settings options at the top right of your screen.
  • Choose Connect Services.

  • Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of Organization.
  • Check to see that you are connected to the correct organizations. If you are on Netsuite, your organization should automatically show up here. If you don't see it, contact help@cru.org or your NetSuite coordinator.

    NOTE: Germany, China, and Canada are exceptions and must be added manually. Keep reading below and follow the steps to add an organization if you are part of one of these exception organizations.
  • Click on the Add Account button.

  • After you click the Add Account button, select the applicable Organization.

  • Verify you have selected the correct organization and select Connect. You will be taken to your organization’s donation services system to grant MPDX permission to access your donation data.

  • Enter your MPDX Username and Password
  • Click on the Add Account button
  • Repeat the steps above for each organization with which you have a donation account.

Note: If granted access to the Organization of your choice, it will appear once you hit Save.

Merge Your Accounts

You can merge personal donation accounts (NOT ministry accounts, i.e. Organizations) from multiple countries into one account that shows donations in multiple currencies.

  • Only merge Personal Donation Accounts, i.e., Staff Accounts.
  • This merge will affect account access for all MPDX users who share this account.
  • This merge cannot be undone.
  • Do not merge ministry accounts (organizations).

  • Select the Merging From account by clicking the drop-down arrow to the right.
  • Next, select the Merging Into account.
  • Click on the I accept checkbox and then click Merge.

    NOTE: You can't accept an MPDX invite to access another account list on a mobile device. This can only be done through MPDX Web.

    NOTE: This account merge cannot be undone.
