Automatically Logging Tasks on Mobile

Auto-logging a Task on Mobile From a contact:

From here, select the "Call," "Text," or "Email" Option

Call

Select "Call" and (when prompted) leave the MPDX App. After completing the call, return to MPDX and you will see the screen below:

From the drop-down menu, select one of the four options: "Attempted - Left Message," "Attempted," "Completed," or "Appointment Scheduled"

- "OK" will automatically log the task
- "Cancel" will NOT automatically log the task (though you will be able to log the task manually) and leave the action undocumented
- "Add Info" allows user to select a "Next Action" and include "comments" about the task being logged

Select "Text," and (when prompted) leave the MPDX App. After completing the message(s), return to MPDX and you will see the screen below:

Email:

Select "Email," and (when prompted) leave the MPDX App. After completing the email message(s), return to MPDX and you will see the screen below:

You can check and see the tasks automatically logged by going to:

Contact > Tasks > View Task History
